I'm a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over 23 years of clinical Experience. I am a practitioner of meditation for nearly 40 years, trained mindfulness teacher and best-selling author of 2 books on mindfulness. Trained in various therapeutic models including person-centred therapy, CBT, DBT and ACT. Trauma informed, mental health professional, somatic awareness and specialised in psychedelic preparation and integration. have nearly 30 years of experience of working therapeutically with psychedelics and am a graduate of the first cohort of Exeter University's PGCert in Psychedelics (with distinction). I'm also a trained guide and work for one of the best-rated retreat centres in both Spain and Peru, working with indigenous Shipibo healers. I am about to join the first cohort of OIOC's indigenous-led plant medicine science programme
