About

I’m Lucy. I’m a counsellor, a somatic practitioner, and someone who has walked her own path through the stranger, wilder edges of human experience — including initiations in magical traditions that sit alongside my clinical work, not apart from it. I work with people preparing for ceremony experiences, and people trying to make sense of what happened after. Sometimes a journey opens something extraordinary. Sometimes it’s disorienting, or painful, or just quietly enormous — and you need somewhere to bring it that doesn’t require you to shrink it down to fit. If you’re preparing, we can build that scaffolding together — thoughtfully, and at your pace. That might mean exploring your history and what you’re carrying into the experience, understanding your nervous system’s patterns and how to resource yourself when things get intense, clarifying your intentions without forcing them into something too neat, and identifying what support will look like before, during, and after. Good preparation isn’t about controlling what happens. It’s about knowing yourself well enough to meet it. If you’re integrating, I bring the same curiosity. I draw on Somatic Experiencing® to work with what the nervous system is still holding — not just what the mind is trying to process. These things aren’t always the same, and the body often gets there last. I’m also interested in the relational and systemic threads — how what surfaced sits within the bigger story of your life, your relationships, your patterns. If your experience had a spiritual dimension, or something that doesn’t have a name yet, I’m not going to quietly redirect us back to safer ground. I’ve worked clinically for 17years in many settings I know how to hold complexity. I also know this work is deeply human — and it asks something of both of us.
